The first benefit muscles bring to the table is the structure that they provide. so do not underestimate to build muscles If you have very weak muscles, your belly would be distended, your bones might be protruding, your body might be misshapen, and there are all sorts of cosmetic issues that you are going to have to deal with.

Now, as you get an idea about the reason behind building muscles and why a lot of us run behind working out their muscles, we advise you to think in a different way, because a lot of people might think that this is just skin deep; this is just all looks.

Well, when was the last time you cared about what people thought of you?. Whether you like it or not, and whether we accept it or not, the truth is, people can and do judge each other by their looks.

Yes, still some of us do judge books by their covers. You may not be thrilled about this, but this is the absolute truth. Now, if your muscles are so weak that they really can’t provide optimal structure for your body, you’re going to look really nasty to other people. Besides the social aspect, your muscles have to provide enough structure for your bones to do their job properly, as well as for your internal organs and internal bodily systems to be at the right place, doing the right things, at the right time.

Think of your muscles as the scaffolding and external wrapper to the internal structure of “steel beams” provided by your bones. They work hand in hand. You might have healthy bones, but if your muscles are not properly nourished or optimally maintained, your body structure is going to suffer.

Keep in mind that structure is very important because your internal organs actually place a large amount of pressure from within. Your guts, in particular, process a lot of foods, which microflora like bacteria convert into gas.

Believe it or not, there’s a tremendous amount of pressure in your gut section pushing out. Thank goodness for your abdominal muscles that it is able to hold all of this in.

Obviously, the healthier your muscles, the more your body would be able to contain what would otherwise be an irresistible process happening inside you. You only need to look at what happens to your body when you die to see this in action.

Have you seen dead animals or road kills? A lot of them bloat up before they burst and all you see is basically a very skinny carcass. This is due to the fact that these animals, and you, have billions of microorganisms in your gut. You don’t blow up (due to the bloating of your digestive processes) because of the strong, healthy muscles in your midsection.

Now, you may be overweight, you may be obese, but your muscles, at some level or another, is keeping this in. Keep these in mind regarding the power of structure because there’s a lot going on. Without the structure muscles bring to the table, you’re just not going to look right as well as operate properly. so to build muscles is to add value to your life, so why are you waiting now? it is your time to build muscles
